Enterprise Solutions Architect/Designer

The Enterprise Solution Architect/Designer - Custom Applications & Mobility is responsible for the overall design, development, testing and implementation of solutions and mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements.  This includes custom developed and COTS configuration/solutions.  In addition, this individual has the technical skills and experience needed to develop cost effective, timely solutions that meet functional and performance requirements while focusing on component reuse. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to adapt to technology shifts over time. These skills include the ability to define, influence, and communicate technical direction, to make decisions, to be driven and work autonomously in order to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Leading, mentoring, assigning tasks and assisting individual contributors is also a requirement for this position. This individual must work collaboratively with other team members across technical disciplines.

Technical knowledge/skills (entry, intermediate, advanced) 
Proven ability to develop applications in multiple programming environments 
Expert knowledge of security requirements/information security, web services, service-oriented architecture, design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing
Expert knowledge of application development, testing and programming techniques/languages
Advanced knowledge of .NET software and solution architecture and Commercial off the shelf (COTS) .NET related products, applications and emerging technologies 
Expert knowledge of object oriented programming principles
Expert development experience with .Net Framework 2.0 - 4.5 using C#
Expert knowledge of TFS, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Rally, Web API, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL Server
Advanced knowledge in mobile application development (native and/or platform)
Advanced knowledge of database technologies
Advanced experience in business process design and re-engineering and workflow analysis
Expert knowledge and familiarity of various application development tools and strong command of Visual Studio
Advanced knowledge and execution of IT Standards, Policies and Procedures
Expert knowledge and execution of SDLC
Good knowledge of General Project Management Methodology & Tools
Knowledge of all aspects of enterprise architecture
Strong understanding of network and data center architecture, as well as application development methodologies
General knowledge/skills (entry, intermediate, advanced) 
Functional expert in a particular business area  
Strong strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design IT systems to delivery that strategy
Strong ability to develop solution architecture designs
